MY WALK MONDAY

WeWalkwithHim2

It's Monday. So I am joining
Scrapping Servant - for My Walk Monday.

Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don't try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well developed, not deficient in any way. James 1:2-4 The Message

Saturday I was watching Eli Stone. I have never watched this show before, and I'm not exactly sure what it's all about, but what I did watch that night brought me to tears.

It fit perfectly with this scripture that was taken from Joyce Meyer's Devotional, Ending Your Day Right.

Where I started to cry was when Eli was having some 'vision'. There was a beautiful snow capped mountain before him, and another man was there viewing it. Eli asked if this man was his father, or was he God?

They talk about the struggles that Eli was facing. The man says that 'everything is a test'. I thought about what I had just finished reading in my devotional before watching this program.

Than the man says this....

"your passing with flying colours. I couldn't be more proud."

Well tears just started to flow.

It was like the Lord God Himself was speaking to me, Angela.

My precious one, your passing with flying colors. I couldn't be more proud.

"oh Father God."

There has been times in my life that I have stated...

"I'm tired of getting an F. Can I just get a C at least? I'm tired of always failing these tests of life."

Have you been there?

More bad days than good days?

More failures than successes?

Do you long to hear the Lord God say:
"your passing with flying colours. I couldn't be more proud."?

Asher just got his Beginner's License to drive.

He studied the Driver's Manual.

Asher passed with flying colours.

We are in the 'test of life'.

We too have a manual.

It's called Bible

Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth.

Everything we need to know, to grow, to mature, to gain wisdom, discernment, learning...IT'S ALL IN THERE!!

Father God, I lift up Your children to Your throne and pray for grace and mercy upon them. I pray that You place in each of them a HUNGER Father for You, Your Word, a greater intimacy to spend time with You on a daily basis! To open Your Word, to drink and eat it so they will not hunger for the world's food, but Yours alone. I pray Father God they believe, they trust, the speak Your Word over their lives, their loved ones and their circumstances. They 'write down' Your Word upon their hearts as they go through this 'test of life', Your Word which shall not return to You void but will accomplish what it is set out to do.I pray for passing grades each and every day of their lives Lord. More of Jesus in and within them, less of themselves, less of the worlds standards and less of the lies that Satan cries out to them. I pray this in Jesus Christ's Name, amen amen amen

Thy Kingdom come Father God on earth, within our hearts, within our family's and loved one, within our circumstances as it is in heaven.

amen amen amen

Me too nag, I've been there. I had a major test yesterday. and it seemed "the bad one" was going to succeed at his mission of NOT allowing me to go to church AGAIN on a beautiful Sunday.
I fought through. I've been struggling. Each day, as I get to know GOD more and more, he makes his devious plans and tries to stop me.
I continue on with my personal fight.

I'll email you the rest LOL.

I will need your and Paula's help with trying to figure out Youtube.

How precious of the Father to give you encouraging words. He is good like that! I am so happy for you, dear one. Have a great week.

Loved your prayer for us. I want that, too.

Isn't it amazing how the Lord just seems to weave a theme through our lives?

I pray you are having a good day, trusting and following him.

If you get a chance, stop by today (Monday). I'm having a one day give away - yes, even a Canadian may enter! LOL

Love ya!

This is wonderful and what a beautiful prayer that you shared! That you should pray for us to have a hunger NOT for the world's food, but for His word was perfect for me today as I am starting ANOTHER plan to lose weight and exercise more! Thanks so much.

I have the Joyce Meyer devotional too...I love it! I also have her "Beginning Your Day Right"!

I have lots of those days for sure!

When I read the scripture, I said "ouch". I wonder how I'm being graded on this test. One thing I learned about myself is how I tend to worry way too much so I do need to trust more and release. My faith is being stretched. I can't believe how I misplaced that email from you that has your phone number. I'll keep looking. It would be so good to pray!

Love you, Angie!
