Do not be anxious about anything.Philippians 4:6
Have you said these things before?
I'm a worrier.
It runs in my family.
When I worry it shows my family how much I love them.
You can't help but be anxious. Look at the world we live in.
Or like this picture above: the rules don't apply to me.

Are you bombarded by negativity?
Surrounded by people who have negative attitudes? Who speak negative about everything in their lives?
In the spiritual realm, are you like this lady above? Stuck in the corner, broken down by the anxiety?

Forget negative people, what about your own thoughts peeking at your mind?
I can say yes yes yes yes to all the above!
I want to share something from George Muller:
"Anxiety should never be found in a believer. (OUCH, that's me speaking here).
In spite of the magnitude, quantity and diversity of our trials, afflictions, and difficulties, anxiety should not exist under any circumstances. This is because we have a Father in heaven who is Almighty, who loves His children as He loves His 'one and only Son. John 3:16"
Like the lady above, birds were peeking at me the entire day! I mean all day long.
Unlike the lady above though, I was like this lady below.

As the peeking kept coming at my mind, my thoughts, my spirit and my heart, my face was turned upward to our Father. Praising, praying, binding the demonic forces in the Name of Jesus Christ, confessing, and again praising, praying, worshiping.
I spent time in God's Word here and there. I would go about my day, than stop and open His Word. Than back to what I was doing. I did this until I finally went to sleep.
Before going to sleep, I was working on my Bible Study and had a little picture about love on my note book. 1 Corinthians 13. It stated: The greatest of these is love.
All around the picture I wrote: love believes the best, love believes the best, love believes the best.
Than I felt the Holy Spirit nudge me: God believes the best. God believes the best.
Again, another nudge: I believe the best.
I felt the Lord speaking to my spirit telling me, "Angela, I believe the best of you and your family."
I than said: Lord, I believe in Your best.
Last night I was watching a show called Fantastic 4.
There is a part in the movie where Silver Surfer said to this evil force that was destroying planets: I will no longer serve you.
That statement rose within my spirit so strongly that I spoke out loud:
I will no longer serve you anxious thoughts, foreboding thoughts and worry. I will no longer bow down to you.
Father God, I lift up those that have been peeked at, stabbed at, and bombarded with negative foreboding thoughts, anxiety, fear and worry. Father I pray, with myself included, we will NO longer bow down and serve them. We look to You Father God, to You alone and serve You, mind, body and soul.

Wonderful post my friend. I once heard a renowned speaker say that fear and worry are gourmet foods for demons. That has stuck with me ever since!
Blessings!
Very good. I struggle with worry and anxiety and need to continually remind myself that these feelings are not from the Lord. Great post!
