
How about getting a pair of dancing shoes on....

Find a dance class and dance off the pounds?

How about getting in the garden and turning over the soil,

Preparing it for the Autumn months and the Winter season.

Pulling weeds out of the garden can work up a sweat.

Preparing the soil and than planting some mums! Not only will you be looking fine from the work out, but so will your house!

Grab the lawn mower and 'push some weights'.
Financially, I cannot justify getting a membership somewhere to help me add exercise to my life style.
This past weekend, I was busy pulling weeds, turning the soil over, planting mums and cutting the grass.
What a work out!
Tuesday I danced for an hour.
Learned quite a few new dance steps.
In between it all, I went for a few walks, not strolls, walks!! lol
We can still add exercise to our daily lives without it touching our pocket books!

We've had soooo much rain here. It has rained for over a week now. I would LOVE to be able to get out in my yard and get it ready before winter. It's been a very wet season here.
