I have finished reading ALL your posts on this blog and watching the videos and have to say that your honesty is refreshing. Even when we get the victory, there will still be the occasional battle with the flesh. Almost like a testing every now and again. I have 50 lbs to lose and though I'm not sure I can do the intermittent fasting, you have encouraged me. I will continue to come back here. :) God bless you!
