Carol T. - Every time I do that and I feel the food hangover the next day I know I won't do it again. It's not worth it. Or so I think. And then I do it again. Food. Love/hate relationship. I know it's all wrapped up in feeling better and emotions. So if I go to God, maybe I won't go to the food.
