“They do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the Lord to care for them. They are confident and fearless and can face their foes triumphantly.” ~ Psalm 112:7-8 NLT
Welcome to Fearless Fridays!
A day where I commit to pray for you.
Other precious prayer warriors have also committed to pray for you.
To participate in Fearless Fridays please leave a comment sharing your prayer request.
You may also reach me at free_spirit103@hotmail. com. I hope you will join Fearless Fridays and see the power of prayer in your life and others.
I do answer all my emails.

A dear sister in the Lord emailed me late Friday in the afternoon asking for prayers. I asked if she would mind instead of updating my last week's post (which many would have missed the update) I would share her need this week. Her blog at http:myjourneyback-thejourneyback.blogspot.com
Her ministry blog at:
http://automissionmakeover.blogspot.com
Could you also pray for Angie Catholic Mothers Online . She mentions about her mom having emergency bypass surgery!
Could you also pray for Karen at Fresh Fixins -She has some specific prayer requests that I am praying for her about but don't want to mention here because she didn't say if I could. God knows the needs and I just wanted you to join me in covering her in prayer.
I want to thank all of you for praying for me this week (and the wee ones I care for at my home daycare).

I can't even begin to tell you what a blessing it has been for me.
I say this because I could literally 'feel' the prayers surrounding us.

Having hope will give you courage. You will be protected and will rest in safety. Job 11:18
You encircled me with your prayers, wrapping your loving arms around me.
You will never realize what an impact your prayers have had on my family and I.
Seriously, you won't.
Well not until you stand before God and He brings to you this moment in time and says, 'well done good and faithful servant'.
God REALLY is the only One that knows what I've been dealing with emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
My mind has gone to 'places' where it has not 'visited' for quite some time.
Those 'places' are NOT nice places.

So this is where I want to share my prayers for those that are struggling with issues in their lives.
Someone left a comment on one of my you tube videos this week:
god dont help people lose weight people lose weight because they want it, god give us free will you can eat o fast thats YOUR CHOISE
This is my comment back to them:
Your right, God has given us a free will. In so doing that, I have given Him my will. To say we can choose to eat what we want, your right. But when your addicted to food (booze, sex, drugs, etc.) we KEEP on choosing EVEN though we know it is literally killing us. That is where the Higher Power comes in and we rest in His saving power. Thanks so much for watching and for sharing your opinion. Blessings.
This week I've been praying for those that are dealing with 'stuff' that they have not told anyone. They don't even want to 'talk' to God about it.
Easier to just shove it down than to deal with it. (but it's still there isn't it, still popping up in our thought life, our actions, the way we think and speak?)
I'm praying that God will touch your heart and mind, granting you peace that transcends all understanding to come upon you. That God will take those memories from your heart and mind and place His healing power upon you. Cleansing you.
hmmmmm...cleansing me!
I think of when I have just finished working out in the garden and I'm all sweaty and dirty. Hop in the shower. It feels SO wonderful getting all that dirt and sweat off. It's AWESOME and so refreshing. You feel like a new person don't you?

I am praying for those that are struggling with addictions.
I know what it feels like to go about your day 'hungering' for it.
"Is it 12 yet?"
As if waiting till 12 will be ok to start drinking away our day!
Cripe, I've used the excuse when having Bailey's in my coffee first thing in the morning that it was really only cream.
And hey, a Caesar at 11 really isn't that much of a drink but the start of a healthy does of vegetables to start the lunch hour!
I'm praying for those that are struggling with the desire of the flesh.
That 'forbidden' relationship.
That desire to be 'loved'.
Just not loved with the one that is our spouse.

I'm praying for your thoughts.
Those daydreams.
Those fantasies.
I'm praying for those of you that just want to pack it all up and leave.
Leave your loved ones and start 'thinking about me and want I want'.
Loved ones?
Seems like the 'loved ones' are loved by you but your love is never good enough for them.
Always criticizing you, complaining, and taking advantage of you.
Oh how wonderful it would be to just pack it up and say..to bleep with all of you!

I'm praying for the guilt that you carry around for having these struggles and questioning what kind of person you are.
Praying for you that you realize your not alone.
Praying that you will come to the place where you realize that everything will be ok.
Good WILL come.
That even though right now your in a 'bad place', it will not be forever.
Praying that hope will come.
Hope that will give you courage.
Protection will be around you from all these 'battles'.
You will rest in safety.

As so many have prayed for me when I could not do so for myself, I am standing in front of you.
Like this mighty warrior above precious one.
I'm standing right in front of you..I'm tellin ya!!
I'm shouting to what your facing right now..
GET YOUR HANDS OFF!
YOU HAVE NO POWER!
God IS good all the time.
All the time God IS good.
Know your not alone, know that not only am I praying for you, but God is calling others to surround you right now in prayer.
Everything is going to be ok.
God promises!

Thank you for your love and prayers sis, you have mine always.
I'm praying for everyone!!! Great post today!!!
Thank you so much for that post Angela. I am struggling with inner demons and your wonderful words helped me a lot. Oh and BTW, the cup cakes were so easy and sooooo delish. If you would like the receipe I would be delighted to put it up on my blog.
Great post Angie and as always so on point!
All this week I had a recurring thought in my mind....how sad and lonely it must be for those who don't believe in Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father.
When crisis hits or tragedy befalls and there are no prayers, no hope, no succor. They don't know they are children of the Most High and entitled to miracles as their birthright, so they live in cynicism and bitterness.
As I pray for all the sweet people who have requested prayers for their special needs this week I am also going to say a special prayer for those who have not opened their hearts to the truth and have denied themselves that warm light and healing touch! This week I pray your hearts will be opened to the truth!
Love you Angie, may the Lord's richest blessing be yours for all you do!

This is my first time officially participating.
I am praying for everyone's need.
If you don't mind, please pray that my husband will find a job soon - he has been out of work for a long while; and for the many others who are unemployed.
Thank you,
Carol
Hi Angela,
A wonderful post--and I finally found it! (I was on the wrong page of your blog all morning!)
I agree with you--God can help us with dieting or any other things that we put into His hands...and you are an example of that. People who are cynical don't believe it, but somehow they will find life's lessons in other ways.
I almost wrote to you on Wednesday night to pray for me because I was really stressed out about having to evacuate...But, the storm here has been downgraded, so we don't have to leave...Thank God. I am SOOO glad and grateful. So very grateful for an answer to prayer.
Hugs,
Cindy

Wow! That was so powerful, Ang. I am so in total agreement with you. Thanking God for a prayer warrior like you to stand in the gap for the likes of me. Love, ginny
Wow, Angela. Your prayers have covered a lot of issues to be prayerful for, today. Takes a lot of time to put together that type of post, and it does not go unappreciated. Thank you, thank you!!
You are one precious friend and powerful intercessor...WOW!
I stand with you and pray for all here as I read down through your posting.
I love you sweet Angela. My prayers go up up up for you too!!
Big Hugs,
Alleluiabelle
Your right many times it is hard to share our hurts and needs. I know people have many different reasons for keeping things to themselves and trying to handle the budens. I see this all the time with the kids we work with. And I see it with myself. But if I don't open up and reach out and allow my dear brothers and sisters to stand in the gap for me how can I 'preach' to the kids to allow us to do the same for them.
Thanks for this word. And thanks for your prayers.
Oh girl, God bless you! I have been feeding my flesh lately and not holding back much. I understand the battle.
God bless you and everyone you mentioned today.
Praying!
