I thought I would share with you my 'routine' that I have for my Saturday Yard Sale Haul time.(I'm uploading the video so I thought I would so some rambling while I waited,lol)
I usually start my mornings getting up early.
Even though it's the weekend and I can 'officially' sleep in I do enjoy that quiet morning time when everyone else is still in bed (and when the eldest is just strolling in the house from the night out to go straight to bed,lol)
Today I was up at my usual 5 a.m.
Pressed snooze for an hour.
Ya, I'm one of those types!
lol
I always set the coffee maker up the night before so all I have to do is push the button.
Need my caffeine people!
Than I go to my little corner in the dining room to have my Quiet Time.
I just started praying the Rosary almost a year ago.
I still can't believe I'm doing it!
I can't believe what a blessing it has become not only in the morning but throughout my day as I meditate upon the Mysteries...
The Joyful Mysteries
The Sorrowful Mysteries (when I first started praying the Rosary, this Mystery would bring me to MANY tears as I meditated upon the Passion of Christ.)
The Glorious Mysteries
Luminous Mysteries.
Than I spend time in the Word of God.
I also say specific prayers from the book called Prayers that Availeth Much (part one and two).
If you are one that is blessed praying the Word of God over your family, this book is one that you will come to truly cherish!
I'm on my second copy (the first one ended up falling apart and so is this one now,lol).
When I've finished my quiet time I will usually start a few loads of laundry so that by the time I come home I can have baskets of laundry to fold.
Fun wow!
lol.
I've got three loads today needing to be folded and put away.
Than I will wash up and get ready to head out to Diane's.
I've mentioned before that during the week I am always dressed up.
Hair, make up, clothes, matching jewelry.
On the weekends, where I'm out in 'public', I wash my face, put mascara on and sometimes a baseball cap on (since my hair is a mess and I haven't washed it)lol.
Get this.
I'm sitting in Diane's car.
We had just finished getting our Tim Horton's coffee's and I'm busy staring at myself in her car mirror.
I've told you I'm vain..lol.
Well I'm busy staring and I'm thinking...
"Geez, my eyebrows look kinda white looking."
"hmmmm,,I don't think I have that discolouring of the skin. I wonder if I do now?"
"This is so strange."
All along I'm thinking this. Not saying it out loud to Diane.
Well I proceed to pull down the visor that has a mirror.
I need a close up of me now people!
"Well for poop sakes" (no I didn't say poop, but the other word. Remember, I'm trying really hard here not to do any swearing on my blog. Once I start...you get the picture).
I burst out laughing so hard.
"Di, I got cream all over my freaking face!"
"I look like a clown for crying out loud."
LOL
"Oh my gosh, it's even on my nose too."
"I didn't even notice," Diane says....lol.
"What a pair we make Di. Can you imagine if we had gone out to a bar?"
"Oh ya, check out everyone staring at me. I'm so goooooooorgeous!"
LOL
We laughed our hiney's off!
That was the start of our morning yard saling!
Within a half hour Diane had to go home.
She wasn't feeling very well.
She was really upset that she had to go home.
"My heart is still into it,"she says.
"Ya, but your butt isn't."
LOL
Can you BELIEVE me~!!
lol
She can!
We both burst out laughing!!!
Wait till I tell her about this post.UPDATE:just got off the phone with her. I read her this post and we both were cracking up laughing so hard!

Well home by 8:30ish.

He is definitely starting to get into this folks.
Believe it or not...he was out of the truck at two of the yard sales we went too!
Even talking to people AGAIN!!!
